TERRITORY
SALES REPRESENTATIVE SUMMARY: The individual would be responsible for maintaining existing customers as well as developing new business. This individual must manage their said territory in the best interest of Stock Auction Company first and foremost. o Representative is responsible for all matters between Stock Auction Co and their customers o Ability to meet or exceed goals without sacrificing integrity o Manage their territory in the best interest of the Company o Communicate with other Representatives if a customer is outside of their territory o Track, complete and submit expense reports in a timely fashion o Must be detail oriented to complete all paperwork properly o Excellent prospecting and new business development skills, plus a proven ability to succeed in a competitive environment o Treat all customers and management with integrity and honesty o The Representative will report to the Sales Manager with any questions or problems MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training
and Experience Guidelines Three years or more experience in the equipment sales field.
Knowledge of:
o
Policies and procedures of Stock Realty
& Auction Company
o
A general understanding of sales in
agriculture and construction
o
The territory in which representative
will be working o Work independently with minimal supervision o Extensive travel with some overnight stays o Gather relevant data, analyze issues and/or problems o Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work o Communicate effectively with customers and management * Comprehensive health benefits * 401 (K) with company match * Expense account * Company vehicle |
